We assess the extent of your compliance with the Companies Act, and the King Report on Corporate Governance (King IV)(if applicable) and industry specific requirements.
Our strategic risk assessment supports the internal audit operational plan, and we may also conduct internal audits on your behalf.
We undertake detailed reviews and provide recommendations for board charters, committee terms of reference, delegation of authority and assessments of the effectiveness of the board, directors, and committees. Should you require full set up of a governance framework, we will engage with a view to set up required committees, and selection on Non -Executive Directors if required.
